Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kettey’s BD. We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ketteysbd.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Personal care or skincare products (e.g., soaps, creams, oils, etc.) once opened or used.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Discounted or promotional items.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or through another agreed option.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for a photo or video as proof, and after verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
